Read scientific papers figure by figure.
BentoPaper is a PDF reader for biomedical and other scientific papers. It splits each multi-panel figure into its panels, links every panel to the sentences that cite it, and keeps your notes next to the evidence they came from.
- Panels, not just figuresOpen a figure and see each labelled panel on its own, so you can check panel C without hunting through the whole image.
- Text and figures linkedJump from a sentence to the panel it cites, and from a panel back to every sentence that discusses it.
- Notes that keep their sourceHighlights, notes and cards stay attached to the exact passage or panel, across all the papers in your library.
- AI help that shows its evidenceAsk a question about a paper and get an answer tied to the passages and panels it used.
BentoPaper is in an invite-only beta. If you have an invitation, sign in at beta.bentopaper.com.
